Autumn colour

The lack of daylight and lowering temperatures are finally allowing autumn colour to come through.

Pictured are Cercis canadensis 'Forest Pansy' and Acer palmatum.

The garden is beginning to shut down for the year. The only flowers still blooming are from a late sowing of yellow calendula.
